Welcome to lakefront living! Step inside the Bluegill where windows will surround you to bring the outside in! The open living space has a comfy sleeper sofa, electric fireplace, smart TV, and an eat-in kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy a delicious meal. Opposing the kitchen, you will travel up the steps to the sleeping loft with three twin beds. Going back downstairs and through the hall, you will have the full bathroom furnished with hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Exiting the bathroom, you will find the main bedroom with a queen bed and a smart TV. The covered deck is the perfect place to relax and dine while drowning in beautiful views. Catch some sun or wind down by the fire on our new lakefront patio with easy access to the private dock!

Lake level fluctuates in the fall, winter, and spring.

Please note that the rental does not come with bed linens or towels! Bed Linen Package can be added for extra convenience - just select the Bed Linen Package when reserving! However, you will still need to bring towels.

Take out the trash (dumpsters are located near the gate)

Security Deposit:

A $150 hold will be placed on your card 1 day before check-in. This is not included in your reservation total and will be released 7 days after check-out if no damages occur and all policies are followed.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel more than 5 days before your arrival date, 96.75% of the total booking charges will be refunded. The remaining 3.25% is a non-refundable processing fee. For cancellations made within 5 days of the arrival date, no refund will be provided.
