THE DEPOSIT HOLD WILL BE RELEASED AFTER 7 DAYS IF ALL POLICIES REMAIN UNBROKEN!
Cancelation Policy
96% REFUNDABLE IF CANCELED AT LEAST 5 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
Cleaning and Smoking Policy

ALL RENTALS ARE SMOKE FREE
DETECTION OF SMOKING IN THE UNITS WILL RESULT IN A $150 FEE

ALL RENTERS WILL BE CHARGED A CLEANING FEE
Any excessive cleaning required after your departure will result in the forfeiture of your damage deposit. This includes, but is not limited to:

Removing and washing mattress protector (these are not sheets and not meant to be used as such)

Removing trash

Cleaning the grill

Cleaning the fire pit
Please ensure the property is left in good condition to avoid additional charges.
Pet Policy

$60 PET FEE FOR UP TO 2 PETS PER RESERVATION

AN ADDITIONAL $25 FEE FOR 3 PETS, WITH A 3 PET MAXIMUM

RENTERS MUST AGREE TO KEEP ALL PETS ON LEASH AND PICK UP AND DISPOSE OF THIER PETS WASTE

NO EXOTIC PETS! (EX: BIRDS, REPTILES, PIGS, ETC...)
IF THERE IS EVIDENCE OF NON- COMPLIANCE OF THE POLICIES ABOVE, PENALTY FEES WILL APPLY!
EXAMPLES OF NON-COMPLIANCE AND CORRESPONDING PENALTY FEES ARE LISTED BELOW. THE LIST IS BY NO MEANS EXHAUSTIVE OR EXACT. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASSESS EACH SITUATION DIFFERENTLY AND USE DISCRETION WHEN APPLYING DAMAGE OR PENALTY FEES.

(EX. CHEWED DOOR FRAMES, SOILED BEDDING, EXCESSIVE PET HAIR ON BEDDING OR FURNISHINGS, DAMAGE TO BLINDS)
